The hotel is really excellent, first of all excellent service in the hotel, the hotel staff always friendly and smiling, the food very tasty, fresh and varied, the rooms comfortable and clean. The hotel has a free shuttle bus that takes guests to and from the beach at the agreed time, the ride takes a couple of minutes, it can also be taken on foot, but it would take about 20 minutes. !Best place in Crete with beautiful view. The food is good but there is space for improvement. All hotel employees wear the mask and they seem to be well trained for all C_ _ _d measures. The facilities are brilliant lots of pools to choose from children’s play area and free coach to a beautiful beach or cheap taxi ride!

(Not sure why) . Hotel room are very comfortable and nice furnitured.We visited and stayed for 10 nights in high season August 2019 as a group of 6 adults and 2 children.

The wine and beer, did not have much strenth in them, you could drink them all day and not feel at all drunk. Thanks to Soula the front office manager we had a wonderful stay, i am not going to tell you more about her as you will find out if you visit the hotel.i have visited this hotel 4 times over since 2012, i love this place it gets better every time i go there.

This year we were joined by friends with children of 2 years and 5 years. The food is set up on the buffet but there are people serving you. We recommend calling ahead to confirm details.
